2. Which airport should I book my flight to for the Xplora Immunotec Costa Rica trip?

To Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR), in Liberia, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

3. Is transportation from the airport to the hotel and back included?

Transportation from the airport to the hotel is not included; you may arrange it with the agency of your choice. Attendees should arrive between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on the check-in day (the first day of the trip).

Panama: For Consultants from Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Ecuador, Peru, and Bolivia. May 4–7, 2027, at the Hotel Dreams Playa Bonita Panama.

5. Which airport should I book my flight to for the Xplora Immunotec Panama trip?

To Tocumen International Airport (PTY), in Panama City, Panama.

6. Is transportation from the airport to the hotel and back included?

General Questions About the Rules:

8. What is the Xplora 2026 qualification period?

The qualification period begins August 1, 2026, and ends December 31, 2026 (5 months). The trip will take place April 12–15, 2027.

9. How many trip credits do I need to reach to qualify for the Xplora trip?

Xplora 2026 offers three trip categories:

●        Explorer – Trip for 1 (55,000 trip credits): You share a room with another Consultant of the same gender. Includes accommodation. Does not include a travel credit.

●        Traveler – Trip for 1 (70,000 trip credits): You share a room with another Consultant of the same gender. Includes accommodation + travel credit for 1 person.

●        Premier – Trip for 2 (110,000 trip credits): Private room, which you will share with your guest. Includes accommodation + travel credit for 2 people.

10. What is the deadline to register my attendance and that of my guests for the Xplora Immunotec incentive?

At the end of the qualification period (December 31, 2026), all winners will receive an email from eventos@immunotec.com and events@immunotec.com with the link to complete their registration and that of their guest(s). The deadline to register your attendance and that of your guests is January 25, 2027.

11. If I win the Trip for 2, will we be in the same room?

Yes, Trip for 2 winners will share the same room with their guests. Guest changes may be made until February 15, 2027, by sending an email to eventos@immunotec.com with:

●        Complete details (name, ID if a Consultant, mobile phone, email address, relationship, allergies).

●        A copy of a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond the trip date, meaning an expiration date after October 15, 2027) for foreign nationals; for nationals, a copy of official identification or a birth certificate in the case of a minor.

12. Will Immunotec provide any financial support to get to the destination?

The travel credit is financial support so that the Consultant can purchase their plane ticket to the corresponding destination. It applies only to Consultants who qualify for Trip for 1 (70,000 credits) and Trip for 2 (110,000 credits), the categories that include this benefit. Consultants who qualify for Trip for 1 (55,000 credits) do not receive a travel credit and must cover their own air travel.

Consultants who have officially qualified by the close of the qualification period (December 31, 2026) will receive an email from eventos@immunotec.com or events@immunotec.com advising them that the travel credit will be paid according to their country of registration.

Consultants who invoice under their own tax regime must issue a separate invoice in order to receive this travel credit. In addition, they must not have any outstanding invoices or pending requirements. This works the same way as commission payments.

13. Can I bring an additional guest?

Only in the case of Trip for 1, you must send a request to eventos@immunotec.com before January 25, 2027, to confirm availability and create the purchase order for your guest.

14. If I win the Trip for 2, can my guest be anyone, including a Consultant?

The guest of a Trip for 2 winner may be any person, of any age, including a non-qualified Consultant, as long as they are an immediate family member and have no open case with the Compliance department. (Immediate family member means: father, mother, brother, sister, son, daughter, or spouse.)

15. Can I bring minors at my own expense?

Trip for 2 winners may bring up to 2 minors, paying a preferential Immunotec rate directly at the hotel upon arrival.

16. If I win the Trip for 1, can I purchase a single room?

You must send a request to eventos@immunotec.com and events@immunotec.com before January 25, 2027, and, subject to availability, the purchase order will be confirmed.

17. If I am a winner and confirmed my attendance, but due to circumstances beyond my control I cannot attend the trip, what should I do?

We are sorry you will not be able to join us. You must send an email to eventos@immunotec.com and events@immunotec.com no later than January 25, 2027, attaching the medical or official documentation demonstrating the unavoidable circumstance preventing your attendance.

18. How much is the bonus that New Consultants receive?

1. Welcome Bonus: New Consultant (2,000 PV) = 2,000 trip credits.

2. Reorders in their following two months (minimum 1,000 PV each month): Month 2 = 1,000 trip credits; Month 3 = 1,000 trip credits.

The New Consultant must enroll between August 1 and December 31, 2026. If you do not meet the PV requirement to earn a given month's bonus, you can still participate for the remaining bonuses.

Special cases:

●        New Consultant enrolled in June 2026: receives credits for their August reorder (Month 3) — 1,000 PV = 1,000 credits.

●        New Consultant enrolled in July 2026: receives credits for their August (Month 2) and September (Month 3) reorders — 1,000 PV = 1,000 credits each month.

19. What are the 7 ways to earn trip credits?

●        1. Personal Volume: 1 PV = 1 trip credit. Example: August 1,000 PV = 1,000 trip credits. Your reorders DO generate trip credits throughout the entire qualification period (August to December).

●        2. New Customer enrollments and reorders: 1 PV = 1 trip credit. Each reorder in the following months during the qualification period also generates credits. Both Regular and Preferred Customer enrollments are valid.

●        3. New Consultant enrollments and reorders: 1 PV = 1 trip credit. Example: In August, 4 sponsorships of 2,000 PV = 8,000 trip credits. Each reorder in the following months also generates credits.

●        4. Reorders from existing Consultants and Customers: for each reorder from your personally sponsored Consultants or Customers enrolled before August 2026, you earn 1 PV = 1 trip credit, up to a maximum of 10,000 credits for the entire qualification period (combined total of Consultant and Customer reorders).

20. How many trip credits do I receive when I advance in rank?

When you confirm your rank, YOU RECEIVE

  • Silver: 6,000

  • Gold: 12,000

  • Diamond: 30,000

  • Executive Diamond: 48,000

  • Platinum: 65,000

●        A Consultant who advanced in rank in July 2026 and requalifies in August will receive 100% of the trip credits. The qualified upline will receive 100% of the trip credits.

●        A Consultant who advances in rank in December 2026 will receive 50% of the Trip Credits. The qualified upline will receive 50% of the trip credits.

21. How many trip credits do I earn when a Consultant in my downline advances in rank?

You as the upline leader receive

  • Silver: 1,000

  • Gold: 6,000

  • Diamond: 15,000

  • Executive Diamond: 24,000

  • Platinum: 32,000

●        A Consultant who advanced in rank in July 2026 and requalifies in August will receive 100% of the trip credits. The qualified upline will receive 100% of the trip credits.

●        A Consultant who advances in rank in December 2026 will receive 50% of the Trip Credits. The qualified upline will receive 50% of the trip credits.
