When is the La Vida Immunotec 2026 trip?
The La Vida Immunotec 2026 trip offers two experiences:
All-Inclusive Hotel Xcaret, Cancun: From November 19 to 23, a 5-day, 4-night trip for the following countries: Mexico, United States, Canada, and Europe.
All-Inclusive Hotel Costao Do Santinho, Florianópolis, Brazil: From October 12 to 16, a 5-day, 4-night trip for the following countries: Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Dominican Republic, and Guatemala.
2. How many trip credits do I need to earn La Vida Immunotec 2026?
The trip has four categories:
Trip for 1 (97,000 trip credits): Consultants who qualify in this category will share a room with another Consultant of the same gender. Includes travel credit.
Trip for 2 (165,000 trip credits): Consultants who qualify in this category will have a private room, which they will share with their guest. Includes travel credit for 2.
Trip for 3 (250,000 trip credits): Consultants who qualify in this category will have a private room, which they will share with their 2 guests. Includes travel credit for 3.
Trip for 4 (320,000 trip credits): Consultants who qualify in this category will have a private room, which they will share with their 3 guests. Includes travel credit for 4.
Winners of the Trip for 4 may choose:
4 people traveling to 1 destination, or
2 people traveling to 1 destination and 2 people to the second destination. The winning Consultant must travel to both destinations with their guest.
The travel credit will correspond to the amount assigned according to the winner’s country of registration, and considering travel to the destination that corresponds to them initially.
3. Will Immunotec provide financial support for the trip?
Consultants who qualify for Trip for 1, Trip for 2, Trip for 3 or Trip for 4 will receive an email on August 8, 2026 from lavidaimmunotec@bcdme.mx, stating that they will be paid the amount of the travel credit for each spot earned for the trip. This applies according to the Consultant’s country of registration.
Note: Consultants who issue invoices must issue a separate invoice specifically to receive this travel credit and must not have any outstanding requirements.
4. What is the deadline to register my attendance and that of my guests?
The deadline to confirm your attendance is August 25, 2026. At the end of the qualification period (July 31, 2026), all winners will receive an email from lavidaimmunotec@bcdme.mx with the link to complete their registration and that of their guests.
In your attendance confirmation, you must provide the full, legible flight itinerary including: full name, dates, airline, flight number, and schedules for both outbound and return flights. Make sure the email address registered with Immunotec is updated before the end of the qualification period, as this will be the main communication channel.
5. What if I don’t have my flights yet when I complete the registration?
If you do not yet have your flight itinerary at the time of registering your information, that is not a problem. Complete your registration and our team will contact you. You may send us the itineraries no later than September 5.
6. When will the travel credit be paid for winners of trips for 1, 2, 3 and 4 people?
Winners who qualified for trips for 1, 2, 3 or 4 people will receive the corresponding travel credit during the month of August.
However, we recommend not waiting to receive the credit to purchase your flights, as buying them in advance may help you get better fares.
7. If I win a trip for 2, 3 or 4, will we all be in the same room?
Yes, winners of trips for 2, 3 or 4 will share the same room with their guests. Guest changes may be made until September 15, 2026, by sending an email to eventos@immunotec.com and lavidaimmunotec@bcdme.mx with:
Valid passport (expiring at least 6 months after the trip end date: for La Vida Immunotec LATAM after April 17, 2027, and for La Vida Immunotec – Cancun after May 24, 2027).
Full details (name, ID if Consultant, mobile phone, email, relationship, allergies).

What does Hotel Xcaret include?
Hotel Xcaret México is an all-inclusive All-Fun Inclusive® resort, which means it combines a luxury hotel with unlimited access to the famous Grupo Xcaret parks. It is a complete experience that blends nature, fun, gastronomy, and Mexican culture.
It includes:
Unlimited access to all Xcaret parks, such as: Xcaret, Xel-Há, Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xenses, Xoximilco, Xenotes, and more.
Included transportation: airport–hotel–airport and transfers to the parks.
Luxury accommodations in rooms integrated into nature, with spectacular views.

2. What’s new at Xcaret?
Many Consultants have already experienced Xcaret, but now there is even more to enjoy! The hotel is undergoing the largest expansion in its history, inaugurated in 2025, which will make the experience even more incredible because we will practically be among the first to enjoy it.
New features:
Massive expansion since 2025, with an investment of more than 700 million dollars.
Doubled capacity: We will be staying in the new section and will enjoy all the facilities of Hotel Xcaret México. The hotel will have more than 1,800 rooms distributed in 10 new themed “Casas,” each designed for a type of traveler (families, children, teens, and adults).
New pools: It will now have 16 pools, including 4 rooftops (two family, one for teens, and one adults-only).
New water slides: 5 additional slides for family fun.
More gastronomy: The offering will reach nearly 20 restaurants and culinary experiences.
New entertainment spaces:

3. Why go back if you already went to Xcaret with La Vida Immunotec before?
Because now there are twice as many facilities, more restaurants, new themed areas, and more entertainment. It is practically an expanded and improved version of the Xcaret you already know.
4. To which airport should I buy my ticket for the Xcaret trip?
You must arrive at Cancun International Airport (CUN) in Mexico on November 19.
Remember to have a valid passport (at least 6 months beyond May 24, 2027).
5. Is airport–hotel transportation included?
Yes, ground transportation from the airport to Hotel Xcaret will be covered by Immunotec for all winning Consultants and their guests who have shared their flight itinerary through the designated method and by the established date. Ground transportation will be provided only on November 19 and 23, at scheduled times.
6. If I am a Consultant from another country and a Consultant invites me to the Xcaret trip, can I attend?
Yes, you can attend. Consultants who qualify for Trips for 2, 3 or 4 may bring the guest of their choice. The guest may be anyone, including a Consultant who did not qualify, as long as they do not have any open cases with the Compliance department. Remember that you will share the same room.

Yes, ground transportation from the airport to Hotel Costao Do Santinho will be covered by Immunotec for all winning Consultants and their guests, for those Consultants who have shared their flight itinerary through the designated method and by the established date. Ground transportation will be provided only on October 12 and 16, at scheduled times.
4. If I am a Consultant from another country and a Consultant invites me to the Brazil trip, can I attend?
Yes, you can attend. Consultants who qualify for Trip for 2, 3, or 4 may bring the guest of their choice. The guest can be anyone, including a Consultant who did not qualify, as long as they do not have any open cases with the Compliance department. Remember that the winner and their guest(s) share the same room.
General Questions
How much is the bonus that New Consultants receive?
The bonus for New Consultants varies depending on the month:New Consultants from December 2025 to July 2026:
First month: 4,000 credits with a minimum purchase of 2,000 PV.
Second month: 2,000 credits with a minimum re-order of 1,000 PV.
Third month: 2,000 credits with a minimum re-order of 1,000 PV.
New Consultants from October 2025: Receive 2,000 credits in their third month (December) with a minimum re-order of 1,000 PV.
New Consultants from November 2025: Receive 2,000 credits in their second month (December) and another 2,000 credits in their third month (January 2025) with a minimum re-order of 1,000 PV.
2. What does the points promotion from December 1 to 15, 2025 include?
From December 1 to 15, 2025, there will be a special promotion that includes double credits for personal re-orders, with a maximum of 5,000 credits.
The credits accumulated during this promotion will apply directly as trip credits.3. If I advance in rank in November, do I receive 100% of the credits in December 2025?
Yes, if you reach a new rank in November 2025 and re-qualify in December, you will receive 100% of the credits corresponding to the rank achieved. This also applies to your qualified upline, who will receive the same percentage.4. If I win a trip for 2, 3 or 4, can my guest be anyone, even a Consultant?
Yes, Consultants who qualify for Trip for 2, 3, or 4 may bring the guest of their choice, who will share their room for the entire duration of the trip. The guest can be any person, including a Consultant who did not qualify, as long as they do not have any open cases with the Compliance department. Remember that the winner and guest(s) share the same room.5. Can I bring minors as guests?
Yes, you may bring guests of any age, including minors, as long as they are registered before the deadline.6. Can I bring an additional guest if I am a trip winner?
Only in the Trip for 1 category you may request an additional guest by sending an email to eventos@immunotec.com and events@immunotec.com before August 25, 2026. This request is subject to availability and has a cost of USD 3,000 (cost in local currency according to country of registration), which must be paid in a single installment before the end of August 2026. Once the order is generated, there are no cancellations or refunds.7. If I win a Trip for 1, can I request a single room?
Yes, you may request a single room by sending an email to eventos@immunotec.com and events@immunotec.com before August 25, 2026. This request is subject to availability and has an additional cost of USD 1,500, which must be paid before the end of August 2026.8. What should I do if I confirmed my attendance in the trip registration but cannot attend the trip due to force majeure?
If you are unable to attend the trip, you must send an email to eventos@immunotec.com, events@immunotec.com, and lavidaimmunotec@bcdme.mx before September 15, 2026, attaching official documentation (such as a medical certificate or official document) that explains the reason for your absence. Under no circumstances will there be financial compensation for a trip that the Consultant does not attend.
