Rules and Regulations – Immunotec Xplora Trip 2025

Qualifications

  • The qualification period begins on August 1, 2025 and ends on November 30, 2025. Each trip will take place during the first quarter of 2026.

The trip destination for registered Consultants will depend on the country where their Consultant ID is registered:

    • Mexico, Canada, and the United States: Los Cabos.

    • Bolivia: Lake Titicaca – Copacabana.

    • Colombia, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, and Guatemala: San Andrés.

    • Europe: Rome.

    • Peru: Punta Sal.

  • For more details on the qualification criteria and rewards, please visit:

  • Only fully paid orders placed during the qualification period will generate trip credits. Orders that are not paid in full will not accumulate credits.

  • To participate in the incentive trip, qualified Consultants must have an active account at the time of the trip and remain active during September and October. Otherwise, they will not be eligible even if they had already qualified.

  • To participate, qualified Consultants must be in good standing with Immunotec and have not violated the Policies and Procedures. Consultants under an open compliance investigation (directly or indirectly) will not be eligible.

  • All Consultants registered in Immunotec Canada, USA, Mexico, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, and Europe are eligible to participate, with the trip taking place at the destination corresponding to their country of registration, during the first quarter of 2026.

  • Acceptance of the incentive trip grants Immunotec permission to use the Consultant’s name, photos, and/or videos in promotional and communication materials related to the trip, without generating any economic rights for the Consultant.

  • In the case of a corporate account (registered as a Consultant), where more than one individual may be involved, only one person may attend the trip unless they qualified for a trip for 2—regardless of how many people contributed to achieving the qualification.

  • Immunotec reserves the right to review any qualified Consultant’s account to determine if there was any manipulation or violation of company policies or ethics in order to qualify. Immunotec has the right to deny participation to any qualified Consultant found to have committed any infraction, even on the day the trip begins.

  • While sponsorship changes are permitted under Policies and Procedures, the Compliance department reserves the right to monitor unusual activity related to the number of sponsorship changes made to benefit qualification for the incentive. Compliance may remove the qualification of any Consultant involved in such activity.

  • If, during the qualification period, the sponsor of a new Consultant or Customer changes, previously awarded trip credits will remain with the original sponsor. Any credits accumulated after the change will go to the new sponsor.

  • Sponsors may place their new Consultants anywhere in their downline for the purpose of accumulating trip credits.

  • By accepting these terms, the Consultant authorizes Immunotec to recover the full cost of the trip—even after it has taken place—if it is later determined that qualification was achieved through fraudulent or unauthorized methods. Recovery will be through deductions from future commissions or any method deemed appropriate by Immunotec.

Travel and Lodging

  1. The deadline to confirm attendance for the incentive trip is December 19, 2025, through the established channels.

  2. The Immunotec Xplora Trip 2025 has two categories:

  • Trip for 1 (55,000 trip credits): Includes lodging + flight allowance for 1 person. Consultants in this category will share a room with another Consultant of the same gender.

  • Trip for 2 (95,000 trip credits): Includes lodging + flight allowance for 2 people. Consultants in this category will have a private room shared with their guest.

  1. Immunotec reserves the exclusive right to assign rooms. Every effort will be made to ensure assignments are favorable for both parties. Immunotec will assign shared rooms to two people of the same gender and language. Trip-for-2 winners will share a room with their guest.

  2. Airfare will be covered by Immunotec through the deposit of a flight allowance, sufficient for the Consultant to purchase a round-trip ticket to the trip destination. The allowance amount has been determined individually for each country.

  3. The flight allowance is calculated based on the Consultant’s country of registration, round-trip economy class, with a personal item only. If the ticket cost exceeds the allowance, the Consultant must cover the difference.

  4. If, for any reason, the Consultant loses the right to the trip—whether due to disqualification, violation of Policies and Procedures, or a founded compliance investigation—they must return any flight allowance received. By accepting these terms, the Consultant consents to Immunotec deducting the amount from future commissions or through other means.

  5. Under this arrangement, the Consultant is solely responsible for booking and purchasing their airfare. For trip-for-2 winners, the Consultant is also responsible for booking and sending tickets for their guest(s). If flights are booked for dates other than those established, Immunotec will not be responsible for providing airport-hotel-airport transportation.

  6. Consultants are solely responsible for any additional charges related to room preferences, flight upgrades, or extra services not officially provided by Immunotec. If a Consultant causes additional costs to Immunotec, they authorize Immunotec to recover these costs from future commissions or through other means.

  7. Consultants are responsible for arriving at the airport with sufficient time according to their itinerary. Any delays, cancellations, migration issues, or other incidents—regardless of cause—that result in loss of services, hotel nights, or the trip itself are the Consultant’s responsibility. Immunotec will not be liable.

  8. Consultants must have an updated address and email in their Business Center, or request an update through Immunotec Customer Service before the qualification period ends.

  9. Travel or medical insurance is the sole responsibility of the Consultant. Immunotec recommends purchasing personal travel insurance.

  10. The incentive trip is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-saleable, and may only be used by the qualified Consultant.

Guest Participation Policy

  1. Consultants who qualify for a trip for 2 may bring 1 guest of their choice, with whom they must share a room for the entire trip. The guest may be any person of any age, including a non-qualified Consultant, as long as they do not have any open case with the Compliance department.

  2. Trip-for-2 winners commit to ensuring their guest behaves honorably and agrees to follow the behavior standards outlined in the Business Guide for the entire trip. The Consultant inviting the guest will be jointly responsible for their guest’s conduct and actions throughout the trip.

  3. The guest’s information, documentation, and registration must be submitted along with the qualified Consultant’s, no later than December 19, 2025.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  1. Consultants who have not confirmed their attendance—or that of their guest—by December 19, 2025 will forfeit the trip and will not be entitled to any compensation.

  2. Consultants who, due to force majeure, must cancel their participation or that of their guest, must do so by December 19, 2025 via the same link used for registration, confirming their inability to attend. If they had already confirmed attendance but later (before the trip) are unable to go, they must email eventos@immunotec.com, explaining the reason and attaching supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate).

Each case will be individually evaluated by the Corporate Evaluation Committee, which will determine if any compensation applies. The decision will be communicated within thirty (30) days after the trip ends. Consultants wishing to contact the Committee may do so via eventos@immunotec.com.

  3. Consultants who confirmed attendance but fail to attend will lose all trip rights and benefits. This rule also applies to their guests.

Behavior and Ethics Policy

  1. Any conduct contrary to morals or good customs will result in sanctions ranging from a verbal warning to immediate expulsion from the trip, or even termination of the business relationship between Immunotec and the Consultant.

  2. Consultants must always adhere to the behavior guidelines in the Policies and Procedures in all interactions—with other Consultants, Immunotec staff, or anyone involved in trip activities.

  3. Non-Consultant guests must also respect these guidelines, and the inviting Consultant will be equally responsible for any immoral or inappropriate conduct by their guests.

  4. If a Consultant engages in inappropriate conduct resulting in fines or additional charges by the hotel, restaurants, parks, shows, or venues where trip activities occur, these costs must be paid by the Consultant—either on-site or via commission deductions.

  5. For guest-related issues, the inviting Consultant will be responsible for paying any fines or additional charges caused by their guest’s behavior.

  6. By attending the trip, Consultants expressly authorize Immunotec to make direct deductions from their next commission payment in any of the above situations.

Miscellaneous

  1. Consultants are solely responsible for any taxes related to their prize. It is their responsibility to check their local tax laws.

  2. Immunotec is an inclusive company and will make every effort to accommodate attendees with special needs. However, if additional assistance or specialized equipment is required, these costs will be borne by the Consultant.

  3. If there is a violation of Policies and Procedures, or an open investigation against the Consultant—or their guest if also a Consultant—Immunotec reserves the right to cancel the Consultant’s qualification at any time, even on the trip date.

  4. Immunotec reserves the right to deduct trip credits related to chargebacks from orders that originally generated credits—during the qualification period and up to the trip start date.

  5. Immunotec reserves the right to revalidate qualifications at any time, even up to the trip start date.

  6. An official Immunotec ID badge must be worn at all times to access all Immunotec-reserved functions/venues. In case of loss or theft, the Consultant must notify the Immunotec organizing team immediately. Replacement badges may incur additional costs payable by the Consultant.

  7. Immunotec reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the program, trip dates, destination, or even cancel the trip entirely, as well as these rules.

  8. All qualified Consultants are responsible for being aware of and complying with any travel restrictions imposed by their local governments. Immunotec and the event organizers are not responsible if, due to these restrictions, Consultants or guests face reentry issues to their home country or cannot travel abroad.

  9. All qualified Consultants and their guests must sign and accept the liability waiver and the acceptance of these Rules and Regulations. This is a mandatory requirement to participate in the incentive trip.
