5.      To participate in the incentive trip, the qualifying consultants must have an active account at the moment the trip occurs and keep themselves active in the business during the months of October and November, 2026. Those who have not achieved these requirements cannot participate in the trip regardless of having qualified.

6.      To be eligible for the trip, the qualifying consultants must be in good standing with Immunotec and not have incurred any violations of the Policies and Procedures. Consultants cannot achieve the trip if they are directly or indirectly under an open investigation by the department of compliance.

7.      All consultants registered in Immunotec Canada, United States, Mexico, Guatemala, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador. 8.      A consultant that accepts the incentive trip allows for Immunotec to have permission to use their name, photos, or videos in promotional or communications about the incentive trip, without any rights of property by the consultant.

9.      If a company is registered as a consultant, in which more than one individual may be involved, and qualifies for the incentive trip, only one person may attend the trip unless they have won a trip for two. This is regardless of the number of people who have been involved in achieving the qualification.

10. Immunotec reserves the right to review any qualified consultant's account to determine if there’s been any manipulation or violation of the policies and ethics of the company to achieve the qualification. Immunotec reserves the right to reject the participation of the qualifying consultant who has committed any type of infraction to benefit themselves; this is regardless of whether it is before the trip or during.

11. While sponsorship changes are permitted under the Policies and Procedures, the Compliance area reserves the right to monitor any unusual activity related to the number of enrollment changes received or assigned to benefit Incentive qualification. The Compliance Department is allowed to remove the qualification of any consultant who is involved in unusual activity in terms of enrollment changes for the purpose of qualifying for incentives.

12. If, during the qualifying period, the sponsor of a new consultant or new client changes, travel credits previously awarded will remain with the initial sponsor. Travel credits accrued after the change will be awarded to the new sponsor.

13. The sponsor can place their new consultants in any part of their descending line for the accruement of travel credits.

14. In this act, the consultant authorizes Immunotec to recover the total cost of the trip. Even if after the trip has ended, it is found that the qualification was achieved through the use of fraudulent strategies and/or resources or those other than those previously authorized in the qualification parameters. Through discounts made on the consultant's future commissions or by any other means determined by Immunotec.

Accommodation and Travel

1.      The deadline for you to confirm your attendance is August 25, 2026, and the consultant must do so through the established channels.

The La Vida Immunotec 2026 trip is made up of four categories, and they are the following:

·       Trip x 1 (97,000 trip credits): The consultants that qualify for this category will share a room with another consultant of the same gender. It includes the travel credit.

·       Trip x 2 (165,000 trip credits): The consultants that qualify for this category will have a private room, which they will share with their guest. It includes the travel credit for 2.

·       Trip x 3 (250,000 trip credits): The consultants that qualify for this category will have a private room, which they will share with their 2 guests, and includes a travel credit for 3.

·       Trip x 4 (320,000 trip credits): The consultants that qualify for this category will have a private room, which they will share with their 3 guests, and includes a travel credit for 4.

o   The achievers of the trip for 4 can choose:

§  Travel with 4 people to 1 destination

§  Travel with 2 people to 1 destination and 2 people to a second destination. The achieving consultant must travel to both destinations with their guest.

o     The travel credits will be assigned according to the achiever’s country of registration, considering the initial destination.

2.      Immunotec reserves the right to the exclusive rights to assign the rooms. We will do whatever is possible to guarantee that the room assignment is favorable for both parties. Immunotec's commitment is to assign shared rooms for two people of the same gender and language. In the case of the achiever of the trip for 2, 3, and 4, the achiever and their guests will be accommodated together.

3.      Immunotec will cover accommodation costs at the destination

4.      The aerial transportation will be covered by Immunotec through the deposit of a travel credit as economic support so that the consultant can acquire their aerial transportation to and from the trip destination. The sum of the travel credit will be determined individually for each of the countries. This travel credit will be given to the consultants that qualify for this benefit that has been mentioned in previous sections.

5.      In the case that, for whatever reason, the consultant gives up their right to the trip, whether it is for being disqualified, a violation of the politics and procedures, or because the compliance department starts an investigation against them and is validated, the consultant must return the sums that have been paid through the concept of “travel credits.” Through this act, the consultant gives their consent for Immunotec to deduct this sum from their next payment of commissions or another channel.

6.      6. Consultants shall be solely responsible for any extra charges related to room preferences, flight itinerary upgrades, and/or any other additional services not formally offered by Immunotec. If a consultant causes Immunotec to incur additional expenses, regardless of the reason for such expenses, they hereby grant their consent for Immunotec to recover such expenses through discounts on the payment of their commissions or by any other means.

7.      It is the consultant’s responsibility to arrive with the required anticipation at the airport according to their itinerary. Whatever delay, breakdown, cancelation, incident with the flights, immigration, etc., independent of the origin of the cause and why, as a consequence, they will lose services such as land transportation,

8.      For overnight stays or the entire trip, it shall be the responsibility of the consultant. Immunotec shall be exempt from any liability or charges arising therefrom.

9.      It is the consultant's responsibility to keep their address and email address up to date in their Business Center, or, failing that, to request that it be updated through Immunotec Customer Service before the end of the qualification period.

10. Travel insurance or medical services is the exclusive responsibility of the consultant. Immunotec recommends that each consultant acquire their own travel insurance.

11. The incentive trip cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold, and/or commercialized and may only be used by the qualifying consultant.

The guest may be whoever, regardless of age, including a consultant that did not qualify. This is only if the person does not have an open case with the department of compliance.

2.      The consultants that have won the trip for 2, 3, and 4 commit to their guest being someone of honorable character and willing to comply with the standards of conduct set in the business center. In this order, the consultant who invites a guest will be entirely responsible for their conduct and their actions during the trip.
