Punta Cana: November 5th - 9th
New York: October 23rd - 27th -
Anyone can be your guest, including another Consultant or a minor, with whom you will share the same room. Please refer to the regulations (rules 29 and 30).
In the event that a consultant has qualified for a trip for 2 and wishes to bring an additional guest (a third person in the room), they must directly contact the hotel 30 days prior to the travel date (with the confirmation number). The new international policy of the Hard Rock allows a maximum of 3 people per room.

Punta Cana:
Accommodation, all the F&B in the All Inclusive Plan, and ground transportation at the destination + Travel Credit for you to book your own flight.
New York:Accommodation, most of the meals, some tours and fun activities + Travel Credit for you to book your own flight and arrive at the Marriot Marquis Hotel in Times Square (1535 Broadway, New York, NY 10036).

You will be responsible for booking your own flights after you get confirmation on your registration for the trip via email.
We recommend that you make the reservation as soon as possible to get the best price and schedule.
Punta Cana: You must book your flight to Punta Cana (PUJ Airport) or Santo Domingo (SDQ Airport) to arrive on November 5.
Book your return flight from Punta Cana to your final destination on November 9.
New York (for Consultants registered in the US or Dominican Republic only):
You must book your flight and/or coordinate your ground transfer, to arrive at the Marriot Marquis Hotel – Time Square - NY on October 23.
You must book your flight and/or coordinate your land transfer, to return to your final destination, on October 27.

Consultants officially qualified for the incentive trip will receive an email (to the email they have registered with Immunotec) inviting them to start the registration process.
Consultants who successfully complete their registration (ie, completing all the required information) within the established deadlines, will receive a payment through HyperWallet (US and Canada).

In the case of Punta Cana, Immunotec will provide transfer services from the Punta Cana and Santo Domingo Airports to the Hard Rock Hotel on November 5. Immunotec will also facilitate transfer services from the Hard Rock Hotel to the airports of Punta Cana and Santo Domingo, on November 9.
It is important that you share your flight itinerary with us during or after your registration date, in order to organize the logistics of ground transfers.
In the case of New York, each Consultant must be responsible for traveling from the Airport to the Hotel (Marriot Marquis - 1535 Broadway, New York, NY 10036) or vice versa on the dates organized for the trip (October 23 to 27).

This is good news for you! You will have some extra dollars to use during the trip.

Immunotec has defined an amount per country according to current market values and suggests that you search for your flight in advance so that you can choose a good rate. If you opt for a higher rate or the tickets go up in price, the consultant must assume the difference.

- The trip for 2 achievers: In the month of June, they will receive (in their email registered with Immunotec) an email with the link to register and attach their air ticket.
Immunotec will make the deposit the week after commission payment each month, starting in July, but remember that the earlier you buy your ticket, the better options you will find.
- The Trip for 1 or Trip for 1 VIP achievers: At the end of the qualification period, you will receive the email with the link to register and you will be able to attach your itinerary or send it September 20th.

Yes, but remember that the official list of achievers will be posted at the end of the qualification period during the month of September. If you purchased your flight and you are not an official qualifier, Immunotec will not reimburse any expenses for purchasing airfare. It is the responsibility of the Consultant who decides to make an advance purchase.
