1. When is the La Vida Immunotec 2025 Trip?

The La Vida Immunotec 2025 Trip offers two experiences:

Royal Caribbean Cruise – Serenade of the Seas: From October 5 to 11, 2025. A 7-day, 6-night cruise that includes 4 destinations in one trip: Panama, Cartagena, Curaçao, and Aruba.

Disney Orlando: For U.S. Consultants, this alternative takes place from November 9 to 13, 2025, a 5-day, 4-night trip at the exclusive Disney Coronado Springs Resort.

✈️ Important Flight Information

Arrival – October 5, 2025:

  • Arrive at Tocumen International Airport (PTY) in Panama no later than 12:00 PM

  • Immunotec-provided ground transportation to Colón Port is only available on October 5

  • Cruise boarding closes at 4:00 PM – don’t risk missing it!

Departure – October 11, 2025:

  • Disembarkation begins in the morning

  • We recommend booking return flights after 12:00 PM to allow for smooth transfer back to the airport

2. Will the Cruise be only for Immunotec people?
Yes, the cruise will be exclusively reserved for La Vida Immunotec 2025 achievers and corporate staff. All passengers on board will be part of Immunotec, offering a private and personalized experience.

3. How many travel credits do I need to qualify for the La Vida Immunotec 2025 Cruise?
There are four travel tiers:

  • Trip for 1 (95,000 travel credits): Room shared with another same-gender Consultant. Flight allowance not included.

  • Trip for 2 (160,000 travel credits): Private room shared with a guest. Flight allowance not included.

  • Trip for 3 (270,000 travel credits): Private room with 2 guests. Includes flight allowance for 3.

  • Trip for 4 (350,000 travel credits): Private room with 3 guests. Includes flight allowance for 4.

4. What’s included in the Cruise?
The cruise is all-inclusive and offers:

  • 9 restaurants and 7 bars/lounges

  • Over 40 shows and activities, including:

    • Deluxe drink packages

    • Main theater shows

    • Comedy shows

    • Rock climbing wall

    • Sports courts

    • Mini golf

    • Pools and jacuzzis

    • Outdoor movie nights

    • Running track

    • Nightlife at bars, lounges, and clubs

Before boarding, you’ll receive a link to download the RCCL app, where you can view your name, booking number, ship details, and pre-purchase services.

5. Which airport should I fly to for the Cruise?
You must arrive at Tocumen International Airport (Panama) on October 5, no later than 1 PM. Airport-to-port transfer takes 1.5 hours.

Note: Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond October 11, 2025 (i.e., April 12, 2026 or later).

6. What time is disembarkation and what return flight time is recommended?
Disembarkation will take place in the morning, following crew instructions. Transfer back to the airport takes 1.5 hours.

We recommend booking return flights after 12:00 PM to avoid stress or delays.

7. Is ground transportation from the airport to the Cruise included?
Yes, ground transportation between the airport and Colón port is included for all winners and guests on October 5 and 11, at set times.

Important: If not using the provided transportation, you must arrive at the port no later than 4:00 PM.

8. Will Immunotec provide financial support for the flight?
Yes. Consultants qualifying for Trip for 3 or 4 will receive an email on August 8, 2025, from lavidaimmunotec@bcdme.mx confirming payment of the flight allowance based on their registered country.

Note: Consultants who invoice must issue a specific invoice to receive this payment and must have no pending compliance.

9. What is the deadline to confirm my attendance and guests?
The deadline is August 25, 2025. All winners will receive an email from lavidaimmunotec@bcdme.mx with the registration link after July 31.

You must upload your complete and legible flight itinerary with: full name, dates, airline, flight number, and departure/arrival times.

10. What if I don’t have my flight at the time of registration?
No problem! Complete your registration and the team will follow up. You may submit your itinerary by September 5.

11. When will the flight allowance be paid to Trip for 3 and 4 winners?
It will be paid during August. However, we recommend not waiting to buy flights, as early purchases may secure better prices.

12. If I win Trip for 2, 3, or 4, will we all stay in the same room?
Yes. Guests share the same room. Guest changes can be made until September 15, 2025 by emailing eventos@immunotec.com and lavidaimmunotec@bcdme.mx with:

  • Valid passport (6+ months after Oct 11, 2025)

  • Full personal details (name, Consultant ID if applicable, phone, email, relationship, allergies)

13. Can I get off the Cruise to explore at each destination?
Yes! In Cartagena, Curaçao, and Aruba, you may disembark and explore during the day.

14. Are there restrictions for babies or pregnant women on the Cruise?
Yes:

  • Babies must be at least 6 months old at the start of the trip.

  • Pregnant women must be less than 23 weeks pregnant at boarding.

15. Do I need to download any app for boarding?
Yes, you must download the Royal Caribbean mobile app to complete your pre-boarding, upload documents, and get your digital boarding pass.

Watch for important emails and check your spam/promotions folder.

16. How many travel credits are needed for Disney?

  • Trip for 1 (95,000): Shared room with same-gender Consultant. Includes flight allowance for 1.

  • Trip for 2 (160,000): Private room shared with guest. Flight allowance for 2.

  • Trip for 3 (270,000): Private room with 2 guests. Flight allowance for 3.

17. What does the Disney trip include?

  • 3-day Park Hopper Pass (access to all 4 parks in a single day):
    Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Magic Kingdom

  • Over 170 attractions and 200 restaurants

  • Stay at Disney Coronado Springs Resort

  • Daily breakfast for 4 days exclusive with Immunotec

  • Celebratory group dinner

  • $400 USD flight allowance per winner (via commissions)

  • Amex card per person for additional expenses (given at destination)

18. Which airport should I fly to for Disney?
Orlando International Airport (MCO)

19. Is transportation from the airport to the hotel included?
No. You may use Lyft, Uber, car rental, or Orlando Airport Shuttle.

20. Will Immunotec provide financial support to get to Disney?
Yes. Qualified Consultants will receive an email on August 8, 2025 from events@immunotec.com confirming flight allowance based on their registered country.

21. Do U.S. Consultants have a separate trip option?
Yes, U.S. Consultants may choose La Vida Immunotec Disney Orlando, from November 9 to 13, 2025, with the benefits described above.

22. If I’m a Consultant from another country, can I attend Disney if invited by a U.S. Consultant?
Yes. Trip for 2, 3, or 4 winners may bring any guest of their choice, including unqualified Consultants, as long as they have no open Compliance cases.

General Questions

23. How much is the bonus for New Consultants?

  • Dec 2024–Jul 2025:

    • Month 1: 4,000 credits with 2,000 VP purchase

    • Month 2: 2,000 credits with 1,000 VP reorder

    • Month 3: 2,000 credits with 1,000 VP reorder

  • Oct 2024 signups: 2,000 credits in month 3 (Dec) with 1,000 VP reorder

  • Nov 2024 signups: 2,000 credits in month 2 (Dec) + 2,000 credits in month 3 (Jan 2025), with 1,000 VP reorders

24. What does the December 1–3, 2024 promotion include?

  • Double credits for personal reorders from 1,000 VP (max 3,000 credits)

  • First 2,000 Consultants to reorder will receive a custom puzzle gift in January

  • All credits count toward travel credits

25. If I rank up in November 2024, will I get 100% of the credits in December?
Yes. If you rank up in November and requalify in December, you and your qualified upline will receive 100% of the travel credits for that rank.

26. If I win Trip for 2, 3, or 4, can my guest be any person—even a Consultant?
Yes, guests may be any person, including unqualified Consultants, as long as they have no open Compliance cases and will share the same room.

27. Can I bring minors as guests?
Yes, you may bring guests of any age—including minors—as long as they’re registered before the deadline.

28. Can I bring an extra guest if I won Trip for 1?
Yes, you may request it via email to eventos@immunotec.com and events@immunotec.com before August 25, 2025. Subject to availability and a fee of $3,000 USD, to be paid in full by end of August 2025.

29. If I win Trip for 1, can I request a single room?
Yes. You may request it by emailing eventos@immunotec.com and events@immunotec.com before August 25, 2025. Subject to availability and a $1,500 USD fee, due by the end of August 2025.

30. What if I confirm attendance but can’t travel due to force majeure?
Email eventos@immunotec.com, events@immunotec.com, and lavidaimmunotec@bcdme.mx before September 15, 2025, with official documentation (e.g., medical note). No monetary compensation will be provided for missed trips.
