Travel Guide
for Cruise Attendees

It’s almost time for our exciting cruise trip, and we’ve noticed that there have been some questions concerning the trip. So, we have taken the time to answer them:

1. Documents and Requirements

  • Travel Insurance (it’s necessary to have travel insurance to prevent any unfortunate predicaments.) If you don’t have one, here is what we recommend:

Universal Assistance

Tel: +52 56 3565 1223

Mail: karen.zamora@universal-assistance.com

Note: If you mention that you are part of BCD Meeting and Events for the La Vida Immunotec 2025 event, you’ll have a discounted price.

  • Vaccinations

All guests have the responsibility to be in the proper medical and physical conditions required to travel. The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) establish guidelines about the vaccines required in each country. In various cases, these are recommended, but specific circumstances can cause them to be obligatory depending on the country in which the Cruise departs from, or the different countries the cruise might visit. For more information we suggest checking with your doctor or a specialist in travel medicine certified by the WHO. You can also visit the following link for any remaining questions you might have, due to differing requirements based on the country.

  • Each guest may bring a reasonable number of personal items, including luggage, on board the ship. However, for your comfort and convenience, we recommend that you limit the number of items you bring. Each guest has the option of boarding directly with their luggage or checking in in advance. Luggage may include suitcases, trunks, bags, briefcases, handbags, clothes hangers, toiletries, and similar items.
